During an emergency, face to face customer service is suspended. For communication use the phone number or email of any customer service center.

The statement shall contain information regarding the pension, benefit or remuneration paid by the State Social Insurance Agency (VSAA).
This information shall also be issued by the VSAA in cases where the legalisation of a document by a consular official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required.
The information shall be available for the period from 1 January 1996.
The portal restores the data once a week.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    To request the service, you must fill in for a particular form submission addressed to the SSIA.
    May submit a submission:
    • on the portal;
    • on-site (if requested for service, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced);
    • electronically (the application must be signed with a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp);
    • by post.
    An application may be submitted in person to any VSAA customer service centre or to the unified customer service centres of the State and local governments.

  2. Receipt of services
    The service may be received in person, by post or at the official electronic address, in accordance with the type of receipt of the information indicated in the application.
