The statement contains information on the person’s 1st pillar pension capital. The pension capital is formed by the annual amounts of insurance contributions registered in the account of the insured person from 1996 until the date of requesting such information. The amounts are updated by the capital index in accordance with the changes to the wages subject to the insurance contributions. The accrued indexed pension capital is used to determine the amount of pension.
Data contained in the portal is updated once per week.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    To request the service, you must fill in for a particular form submission addressed to the SSIA.
    May submit a submission:
    • on the portal;
    • on-site (if requested for service, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced);
    • electronically (the application must be signed with a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp);
    • by post.
    An application may be submitted in person to any VSAA customer service centre or to the unified customer service centres of the State and local governments.

  2. Receipt of services
    The service may be received in person, by post, in the official electronic address or in the portal, in accordance with the type of receipt of the information indicated in the application.
