A statement shall be issued or transmitted by post or by e-mail within a period of 30 days, if additional processing is required to prepare the statement. Using the e-services, information can be obtained rapidly e-service during implementation.

The statement shall contain information regarding the work registered in the State Social Insurance Agency of a person who has been employed before 1996 and the periods likened thereto, which give entitlement to social insurance services - pension and unemployment benefit.
The www.latvija.lv portal restores the data once a week.
Process description
Service requests
To request the service, you must fill in for a particular form submission addressed to the SSIA.
May submit a submission:
• on the www.latvija.lv portal;
• on-site (if requested for service, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced);
• electronically (the application must be signed with a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp);
• by post.
An application may be submitted in person to any VSAA customer service centre or to the unified customer service centres of the State and local governments.
Receipt of services
The service may be received in person, by post, in the official electronic address or in the portal www.latvija.lv, in accordance with the type of receipt of the information indicated in the application.
