The service provides an opportunity for residents to request and receive information regarding the requester from the data accumulated in the system of the State Social Insurance Agency (SSIA).
You can receive the following certificates:
• Information on social security contributions and insurance periods – provides information on social security contributions paid, insurance periods and contributors from 1996.
• Statement of the pension level 2 Member's account – provides information regarding contributions made, accumulated capital and transactions in the pension level 2 during the selected time period.
• Information on the estimated amount of the old-age pension – provides information on the estimated amount of the old-age pension at the planned retirement date.
• Information on registered seniority up to 1996 – provides information on periods of work and comparable periods registered up to 1996.
• Information on the SSIA services granted – provides information on the pensions, benefits or reimbursements granted, their amount and the date of granting.
• Information on withholding income tax from pension or benefit – provides information regarding personal income tax withheld from SSIA payments by month.
• Information on pension, benefit, compensation sent for payment – provides information on amounts transferred by SSIA to the specified account or sent for home delivery.
• Information on participation in pension pillar 2 – provides information on the commencement of participation in pension pillar 2, as well as changes in the fund manager and investment plan.
• Information on SSIA payments made and income tax withheld from them (for income declaration) – provides information necessary for the preparation of the annual income statement.
• Information on deductions from payments made by SSIA – provides information on deductions from pensions, benefits or reimbursements (e.g. in cases of debt collection or overpayments).
• Information on pension Tier 1 capital – provides information on accumulated pension Tier 1 capital and its indexation from 1996 onwards.
• Information on pension level 2 accumulated capital inheritance – provides information on the last registered pension choice of the person 2. a level capital inheritance in the event of death.
