Age needed for granting of the old age pension

Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 62 to 65 years

  • Men and women (according to Section 11(1) of the Law on State Pensions and Paragraph 81 of the transitional provisions of the said Law).

 Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 60 to 63 years

  • Early old age pension (according to Section 11(6) of the Law on State Pensions and Paragraph 81 of the transitional provisions of the said Law);
  • Men, who have worked under hazardous and hard working conditions according to List No 2 (according to Paragraphs 81, 60 and 61 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions).

 Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 57 to 60 years

  • Parents or a guardian of many children or a disabled child (according to Section 11(4) of the Law on State Pensions and Paragraph 81 of the transitional provisions of the said Law);
  • Participants of mitigation of consequences of Chernobyl NPS (according to Paragraphs 81 and 291 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions);
  • Politically repressed persons (according to Paragraphs 81 and 292 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions).

 Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 59.5 to 63 years

  • Men, who have worked under particularly hazardous and particularly hard working conditions according to List No 1 (according to Paragraphs 8, 10 and 61 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions);
  • Women, who have worked under hazardous and hard working conditions according to List No 2 (according to Paragraphs 8, 10 and 61 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions).

 Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 59.5 to 65 years

  • Women:

–  disabled for life (according to Paragraphs 8 and 10 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State);

–  who have raised five or more children or a disabled child since childhood up to 8 years of age (according to Paragraphs 8 and 10 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions).

 Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 54.5 to 65 years

  • Women, who have worked under particularly hazardous and particularly hard working conditions according to List No 1 (according to Paragraphs 8, 10 and 61 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions);
  • Men: lilliputians, dwarfs and the blind (according to Paragraphs 8 and 10 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions).

 Increasing the age for granting of the pension from 49.5 to 65 years

  • Women: lilliputians, dwarfs and the blind (according to Paragraphs 8 and 10 of the transitional provisions of the Law on State Pensions).
